At Euclids Pottery Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted ceramics. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom items.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Carefully wrap the pottery in its original protective packaging and bubble wrap to ensure it remains safe during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
