Yes, all our stoneware is fired at high temperatures making it durable enough for both the microwave and dishwasher, though hand-washing is recommended to extend the life of the glaze.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging including double-walled boxes and biodegradable cushions to ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom commissions are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and order weight.
